Getting started is simple. You can make a referral on line for both psychology and supervision.

Psychology: $230 per hour (sessions are 50 minutes, 10 minutes notes).
Supervision: $230 per hour (sessions are 60 minutes).

All sessions are online or by phone.

The Better Access initiative allows eligible patients up to 10 individual mental health treatment services per calendar year. To be eligible, discuss with your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician to get a referral. If you you receive a Mental Health Treatment Plan you will be able to claim back $98.95 per session.

If your NDIS plan covers psychology you can utilise your plan funds to pay for sessions. You need to be self-managed or plan managed.

Many private health funds offer rebates for psychological service. Please contact your health fund to discuss your coverage and obtain further information.

Yes. You need to check the supervision requirements for your discipline to see how many hours you can claim.

Yes. Prior to the appointment you will need to provide details for billing.

Payment details are on the invoice. Payments are made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Invoices are to be paid in full two (2) business days after invoice is issued.

Appointments that are cancelled without two (2) full business days notice a 100% fee will apply.

Confidentiality is essential in therapy, and psychologists are bound by the Privacy Act (1988). All information gather by your psychologist will remain confidential except in where there is risk to your safety or others, or if information is subpoenaed by a court. Your therapist needs to obtain your consent to share information with others in your life such as GP, specialists, schools, family/friends.Privacy and confidentiality
We understand at times you need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible. If an appointment is cancelled without two (2) full business days notice a 100% fee will be applied.
