Testimonials
“Working with Kirsty as my clinical supervisor has been one of the most valuable professional development experiences in my career. I was initially hesitant about receiving supervision from a psychologist as an occupational therapist, but found that her transparency, humour, depth of clinical experience, and knowledge across different scopes of practice and systems helped me grow professionally. Supervision with Kirsty significantly strengthened my case conceptualisation skills which improved the quality of my report writing. She supported me to identify contributing factors with complex presentations which supported treatment planning. I also have increased confidence advocating with stakeholders as my case conceptualisations are more structured and clinically grounded.
Kirsty’s supervision consistently balanced critical thinking with warmth and authenticity, creating a space that was supportive but also professionally challenging. I am incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any clinician seeking thoughtful, experienced, and genuinely impactful supervision.”
April - Occupational Therapist“I feel very lucky to have had Kirsty’s support and guidance in my journey as a provisional psychologist. She is incredibly organised, provides clear and practical advice, and genuinely prioritised both my professional development and wellbeing.
Her extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams and the NDIS has been especially valuable, as this makes up a large part of the work I do. She has a wealth of knowledge and always takes the time to share her insights in a way that is supportive, approachable, and easy to apply in practice.
The confidence and skills I have gained through her guidance have had a significant impact on my development as a psychologist.”
